We have got some great responses from our external as well as internal stakeholders. Though having these kind of workshops (with break-out rooms) on a virtual interface was appearing very difficult initially but I think the team pulled off well with no glitches in any of the regions. I have observed Thought Bulb's workshops and on each occasion, I have been surprised to see the engagement they drives with large groups. At no point of time do the participants feel bored as he ensures to keep them energised throughout all the activities.

The workshop brought out innate qualities of participants, made me know my colleagues better. Energy and humour of the Thought Bulb Facilitators ensured that each one of us got involved in all activities despite the diversity in terms of age and qualification. Personally an enriching experience.

Your highly energetic, engaging and creative team activities ensured that we had a memorable one and a half day offsite for the Volvo Cars India team in November 2021. The activities engaged all our team members who had a great experience while having loads of fun, and your team ensured effective collaboration. It was the right mix of mental & physical activities while delivering effective learning through reflections and de-briefs. The surprise give-away for all team members on the last day made it even more special.

Getting Team back to office in challenging times can only be done by showcasing values of working together. When we started thinking about how to create this value we identified that building up a synergy within the team with the people who joined a couple of years back and with the old timers is the key that is when we searched and we thought that we will engage Thought Bulb to drive this idea about how we can bring people together and deliver the values of working together more closely. The Team Building experience helps the team focus on designed activities, understand the goals, coordinate with teams and work with new people and win as a team. These are so much related to the work we do and given a time limit; it emphasises on core things that we miss during a project. A big thank you to the Thought Bulb Team. Our Sr. Leadership had a fantastic time with the engaging icebreakers and the activities. The facilitator's enthusiasm ensured all were included in the activities - not one out of the 60 felt left out! Not a dull moment during those hours! The bicycle activity won the No.1 vote – both in terms of engagement and thought. The activities indeed bonded all as most participants of the global team were in-person meeting for the first time. Thought Bulb Team did an amazing job with our JITO INTERNATIONAL EVENT attended by 200 participants from 22 countries. Energetic, flexible, focused, composed, he delivers the expected the outcome with very good preparation. I am pleased Thought Bulb Team was part of our program.

Our first experience with Thought Bulb was amazing! We leveraged them for a group which was coming together after 2.5 years of COVID, lots of changes, and we wanted to do something which would bring the team together and not in just a formal environment, but also in a safe and comfortable space where they can be themselves and have fun while doing all of it. This is exactly what Thought Bulb provided us with. The activities were engaging, there was no follow-up as they managed everything on their own. The activities were creative, high-energy, less complex yet effective and the team is dependable, energetic, filled with ideas and extremely flexible. It made our work very easy.
