Participants are divided in teams and they are assigned Bingo/Tambola E-Tickets. The facilitator calls the cue number one at a time and team members respond as quickly as possible to strike off the numbers and claim the winning prizes. Bingo/Tambola can be customised by adding questions and situations relevant to the need. For example – Name 5 Values, Foundation Day of the Organisation etc.
Results
The fun activity is very light logistically but highly engaging at the same time. A good Tambola session becomes a way to network with colleagues and interact beyond work. The session is designed in a manner that drives engagement all throughout since there are multiple rewards at every stage.
