Team Rap challenge is a great way to engage with your teammates, create fantabulous rap stanzas and sing together as one team. Team members use their creativity to come up with amazing team songs. The team song can then be shared internally to drive motivation levels.

Activity Type Virtual Best for team size 3-100 Participants. Difficulty Level IntermediateChallenge: Participants are divided into teams and provided with rap beats and sequence. Teams create their own rap stanzas using Thought Bulb’s guided rap creation process. The teams work in separate virtual break-out rooms and work on their own stanzas combining the beats. In the end teams come together on a single screen to sing the rap as one team.
Results: The activity ignites the team energy to a great extent and can be used during an induction program or a virtual motivational session. Team song helps in creating a unified bond within the team members. The song can later be saved and shared within the organization.
