Activity Details

Challenge: To earn bicycle parts and technical help by undergoing funny challenges. The team must communicate with other groups and learn the best practices of fixing the bicycle parts, especially chain, brakes, etc. Further, the teams may or may not collaborate to achieve the overall objective, that can be later discussed during the debriefing.

Results: SURPRISE! Once done, these cycles were gifted to underprivileged kids as their first bicycle. The teams experience tears of joy when they see their work, making a difference.

    As a part of building a bicycle challenge, participants are needed to form teams with enthusiastic participants in order to assemble a bicycle. All essential parts like chains, brakes and lights must be acquired by taking part in intriguing activities. The major outcomes of the Everest challenge are Power of Purpose, Visioning and Passion at work.

     

    In bicycle challenge, teams must interact with other groups to make sure that they are aware of the procedure to fix various bicycle parts and that all must reach consensus in accomplishing the task. The challenge concludes with all the teams building bicycles and donating them to underprivileged children. This happens to be an activity of emotions, bonding and corporate social responsibility.
