Pyramid ChallengeBig picture, One team effort, Synergy

The Great Pyramid of Giza weighs 6.5 million tons. This massive structure took hundreds of years & countless efforts of people. But imagine what happens when your team is put to a test of speed and creativity. Can your team build a large pyramid structure in the shortest possible time! All this with a piece of a flat cardboard!

As one team, build multiple pyramids that come together to form a 7 – 15 feet pyramid in the shortest possible time.

Firstly, you can’t do it alone! Participants work in groups to create a combination of different pyramids. They must cut the material precisely, calculate the resources needed and build a structure within a given time. Participants color their individual pyramids with their interpretation of the Theme of the Event. In the end, they combine all the pyramids to form ONE huge structure.

Building a Pyramid is a powerful metaphor that all the small groups form a bigger unit once they are put together. There are many pyramids, which aren’t visible from any side. It is fair on the teams that built them? You hear the same teams, talking about the importance of their efforts even if isn’t visible! Every role in the organization plays an important role.

how can we help you?

Planning a Team outbound, is a tedious task. Lots of backend work involved, there is no time for you to experience the thrill. We want you to enjoy the outbound and give all the backend work to us. We don’t deliver training workshops, we deliver a “flawless experience.”
