40 women leaders from Paytm Insider partnered with Thought Bulb to celebrate International Women’s Day on a virtual platform. The objective was to express themselves freely and share a message about womanhood.
The teams took part in the Virtual Movie Making Challenge.
After joining the meet invite, the facilitator took the participants through an easy breezy ice breaker session. The theme of the year 2021 was “Choose to Challenge”. Once the virtual room was lightened up, they were put into their breakout rooms, where they had to draft a script, enact the dialogues and become award winning actors for a day. Facilitators hopped around in the breakout rooms to assist the teams in making the movies and also recording the same.
Once all the teams were back, all the movies were telecasted and scored based on performance. They emulated a filmy award ceremony and dished out awards for Best Actor, Best Choreographer, Best Dance Performance, Queen of Comedy etc. By the end of the session our in-house expert film makers had created their blooper video, which was shown to the participants before they exited the meet.
