The multi cultural team from China, Zurich and London had to join for a virtual program. The objective was to help the team members know each other better. Due to the pandemic, the teams have been working virtually for long, hence it was essential to drive connection and bonding virtually.
Thought Bulb team proposed a Virtual Movie Making session for the group. The objective was to create a 3-min virtual Movie around different cultures. The activity fostered communication and empathy within the group and helped the team members know each other better.
The participants were divided into teams and were given the task of creating a 3-min engaging movie on different cultures. The teams worked in different break out rooms on MS Teams platform, discussing and debating on the how to make an exciting virtual movie. Once the movies were ready, Thought Bulb recorded the movies on the virtual platform. This was followed by Movie Screening and thrilling Awards ceremony. Participants won awards like Best Actor, Best Actress, Comedy Star etc. Overall it was a memorable experience.
