A team of 200 participants donned the Elf hat in a team building event. The team designed shoes, bags and toys for underprivileged kids in a Christmas CSR Team Building Event to make a difference in lives of wonderful kids. The Santa Factory challenge can be customised based on the program expectations and combined with a corporate CSR event.
