A team of 70 people from different zones came together for the virtual offsite of Sun Pharma. The objective was to build a connect between the teams from different cities
The team experienced 3 activities for a half-day intervention, including Fun Trivia and Treasure Hunt, and Mission Moon Lander. The objective of Collaboration, Inter-team Communication and Fun was full filled with Thought Bulb’s 03 signature activities.
First half of the day was dedicated to internal discussions and processes. The facilitator spent some time building a connect with the participants using fun icebreakers at the start of the session. Participants were then divided into teams/break-out rooms to experience all the 3 activities one by one. The session was well-planned, with adequate breaks in between. Breathers/breaks are important to restore the right energy. In the third section of the session, the winners were announced. The teams then enjoyed an action-packed blooper video followed by a high-energy closing.
