A team from Qualcomm organized a workshop on developing teamworking skills for its employees. 50 participants from the Qualcomm team came together for the event on a virtual platform.
The team underwent a virtual experience of Mission Moon Lander. The mission enabled participants to appreciate the team development process. The teams had to make key decisions around people and processes to win the game.
Thought Bulb Facilitation team started the program with Virtual Icebreakers to charge up the group. The team was then divided into break-out rooms to accomplish the mission with their respective team members. The activity was followed by a detailed debrief where teams discussed the team dysfunctions. Participants also discussed different ways to overcome these dysfunctions and deliver 10X results.
