135 contenders from a leading pharmaceutical company, decided to come together to celebrate their yearly achievements in a unique activity.
Team Thought Bulb facilitated a Rap Challenge based on the theme – “Encourage Each Other” to achieve success beyond set numbers!
The partakers were divided into smaller teams and were expected to dish out their own Team rap. Each team had a unique way of contriving their rap. Once all the verses were in place, the teams practised and then presented the complete rap together. The teams developed a sense of belonging towards the organization and peers, through this evaluation.
